I have made it my pregnancy/new mum mission to bring you as much information about Holistic, Beauty and Spa treatments and products, as well as reviews, tips and my experiences of all the things that both my son and I are trying!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Nicola trained as a Holistic Therapist over 10 years ago, obtaining ITEC (International Therapist Examination Council) Diplomas in Anatomy & Physiology, Body Massage, Reflexology & Aromatherapy in 1998.

 

Since then Nicola has built a wealth of experience working in Health Clubs, salons, 5 star hotels and Spa’s, throughout London and Hertfordshire. Through the years Nicola continued to develop her skills gaining further qualifications and skills in Holistic therapies.

 

Nicola began to truly appreciate Holistic Therapies in pregnancy, labour and for baby when she fell pregnant with her first child and went on to train as a Baby Massage Instructor at the Middlesex School of Complimentary Medicine.

 

Nicola is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and fully insured through Holistic Therapy Insurance.
